“What is important about change is the results it produces, which can be tracked. This is exactly what we have seen as a result of our training courses within the early childhood education support program conducted by UNICEF and Taawon. The trainings provided us with practical foundations for the work, so we changed and adjusted the curriculum accordingly.
As a result, our work was divided into weekly and daily plans, and every month there is an overall theme. We also added visual and motor activities. Children interacted with us wonderfully. We noticed that they were better able to express themselves and more confident and passionate about learning.
Parents have also noticed a change in their children, telling us that they are now sharing songs, dances, and information they learned in kindergarten.”
